BYO Vows Ceremony
STEP 1: Let's Kōrero
We’ll connect in person or over the phone to chat about your day, vision, and preferences. You’ll get a feel for my style and can decide if I’m the right celebrant for you.
STEP 2: Letter of Agreement
I’ll send a Letter of Agreement confirming the details of your chosen package, terms, and refund policy. A 50% non-refundable deposit within 14 days secures your date.
STEP 3: Choose Your Ceremony
You’ll receive three beautifully written ceremony options to choose from. Once you’ve picked your favourite, we’ll personalise it with any final touches so it reflects your story and personalities.
STEP 4: Marriage Licence
Apply for your marriage licence at least 2 weeks before your ceremony and send it to me. I’ll handle the rest — printing and bringing it along on the day.
STEP 5: Pre-Wedding Check-In
A few days before your wedding, I’ll check in to make sure everything is set and you’re feeling relaxed, excited, and ready.
STEP 6: The Big Day
Your special day has arrived! I’ll officiate your ceremony and ensure everything flows seamlessly. Once you’re officially married, I’ll take care of lodging your paperwork with the Department of Internal Affairs.
